The Enabling Development Executive Coaching Process

Our process is broadly based on six main phases:
  1. Entry and developing a 'physiological' contract with the Participant
  2. Identify the issues to be addressed and the outcomes to be achieved
  3. Reach a shared analysis around:
    1. personal effectiveness
    2. business & job requirements
    3. career and personal aspirations
  4. Plan to address development needs arising. Each Participant will benefit from feedback via:
    1. 'Enabling Mindsets profiling' - develop self perception and to understand others.
    2. 'Enabling Mindsets development workbook programme'
    3. 'Enabling Feedback' - understand and benefit from the perception of others
  5. Take action, practice and reflection
  6. Withdrawal from the relationship
One to one programmes are specifically designed to achieve outcomes which make a real difference to both the participant and the client organisation. Sessions are held at a venue of your choice to maximise effectiveness and minimise time away form work. Depending on the level sessions could be between two hours every three weeks for six months and a half day each month for a year.

Team Coaching using 'Figure of Eight'

Much of our coaching is conducted on a one-to-one basis.

However some clients enjoy a part-team approach via our 'Figure of Eight Programme'. The Figure of Eight usually starts with the team together for the first session. A further 3 to 4 sessions are one-to-one followed by a group session. A further 3 to 4 sessions and then a final group session concludes the process. The group learn to operate as a team and also have the benefits of individual attention and learning.
