Our philosophy

At Enabling Development we believe that any intervention worth its salt is

• About providing a toolkit to enable people to use all their thinking and operating styles - i.e. conceptual AND practical implementation - in other words DO IT and make it happen
• Leadership as well as management - and the coaching to appreciate and make the difference
• Given that the rate of change is increasing, we use - indeed insist - on fast change methodology which is holistic, synergistic and aligned with corporate goals (we help you create them if not already crystal clear)
• Therefore we address all the underlying factors which drive bottom line value - whether you measure it for your customers, staff, community or shareholders
